1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide our services:

  • Required information: Email address, name (profile information provided via Google sign-in)
  • Payment information: Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not directly collect sensitive payment data such as card numbers.
  • Usage information: Service usage records, API call counts, token usage
  • Content data: Manuscripts and project settings created by users

2. Purpose of Use

  • Service provision and operation (AI writing, editing features)
  • Subscription management and payment processing
  • Usage limit management (per-plan project count, API usage)
  • Service improvement and bug fixes
  • Customer support

3. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Account information: Deleted within 30 days of account closure
  • Manuscript data: Deleted within 30 days of account closure
  • Usage records: Anonymized and retained for 1 year for service improvement
  • Payment records: Retained for 5 years per applicable laws

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

  • Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing (email, name)
  • Google (Gemini AI): Manuscript text transmission for AI features (no personally identifiable information included)
  • Supabase: Data storage and authentication processing
  • When required by law

5. AI Processing

  • Manuscript text is sent to the Google Gemini API for AI processing.
  • Transmitted text is not used for AI model training (per Google Gemini API policy).
  • AI processing results are used temporarily and are not separately stored on Google servers.

6. Your Rights

You may exercise the following rights:

  • Request access, correction, or deletion of personal information
  • Request suspension of personal information processing
  • Right to data portability (data export)
  • Account deletion

7. Cookies & Tracking

The Service uses only essential cookies for maintaining authentication sessions. No marketing or tracking cookies are used.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal information, including SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.

9. Policy Changes

If this policy changes, we will notify you via in-app notice or email. Significant changes will be announced 30 days before implementation.
